Opponent game plans
An opponent game plan for your staff, quoted per opponent or per season. It starts with a one-page summary and call sheets, then breaks down each phase with the plays behind every number.
What’s inside
Executive summary
The handful of findings that matter most this week, and the suggested call for each of your units, with the play count beside every claim.
Call sheets
Offense, defense and special teams by situation, from 1st & 10 to the 2-minute drill. Each box gives its play and game count, the suggested call and the facts behind it.
Unit pages
For special teams: every kick, punt and return in the opponent’s season, their alignment from your film, a drawing of their look and the call. Offense and defense unit pages are expanding.
Situations
Fourth-down decisions by field position and distance, and field-goal range, with every short fourth down listed play by play.
Clips to watch
When your staff sends cut-ups, the plays behind each finding are listed by game, quarter and clock, numbered to your clips.
Diagrams
Every example call is drawn, so your staff can compare it with its own call and swap it out.

How an engagement works
From your questions to the coordinator’s desk.
- 01
Scope
Your staff names the opponent, the phases that matter and the questions you want answered. We quote the package.
- 02
Film, if you have it
Share your cut-ups. They are used only for your program and stay confidential.
- 03
Build and review
The engine assembles the evidence, applies the sample-size rules and charts the film. Every page is reviewed before it leaves us.
- 04
Deliver
The package reaches your staff ahead of game week as a PDF, with the clips to watch and the calls labelled as suggestions. Your coaches make the calls.
What the package leaves to your staff
- Final calls. Every call is a tendency-based suggestion.
- Anything the frames can’t show clearly, such as far-side jersey numbers or a return scheme after the catch. Those are flagged to confirm on video.
- Predictions. The package reports what happened and what it could mean, labelled as an inference.
See it for yourself.
Real offense, defense and special-teams call sheets, names removed. Every package is quoted to your program.
